Cars45 / KIA motors target 15% increase in car deal in Nigeria –

Dana Motors’ marketing director, Wale Jimoh, said Thursday the company is forecasting an increase of around 150% in its automotive business with Nigeria’s largest car buying service, Cars45.
Jimoh made the statement during media talks at the company’s office, Akin Adesola, on Victoria Island.
The Nigerian News Agency reports that Cars45 provides a one-stop platform for used cars in Nigeria, providing a private network of buyers with the fastest way to find the perfect car that matches their buyers’ needs. .
Reviewing the Nigerian auto industry, Jimoh said the industry is growing despite the challenges it has faced over the years.
He said: “We are excited about the partnership with Car45 which has enabled us to provide affordable cars to Nigerians through the partnership which gives them the opportunity to trade in their cars even for new ones.
“It’s a platform for buyers to get cars checked out in order to help hundreds of customers sell their cars.
“The business infrastructure that enables Nigerian used car sellers and buyers to trade value quickly, affordably, and with unfettered access to independent relevant information needed for decision making.
“Last year’s partnership allowed for the exchange of around 300 cars, but this year we have a projection of around 150% increase, which gives us the possibility of exchanging other brands of different cars from KIA Motors. “
Jimoh said the Nigerian used car trade was more profitable than imported used cars whose history was not known.
He said: “Besides the well-known platform for people to access their cars before they sell or buy, our customers are sure to have confidence in the history of the cars they want to buy or sell. because we provide detailed information.
“We also want an avenue for diversity so much that people who are interested in the business of another brand can come and do business with us.
“By this, we are expanding the horizon of the automotive industry in Nigeria.”
Cars45 chief operating officer Jide Adamolekun said the company has been able to make car ownership affordable through its trade-in program, adding that the program will provide more opportunities to own cars. in the years to come.
He said: “The program has helped many Nigerians become proud vehicle owners. With this new program, many will benefit more as we open new branches across Nigeria. “
